Ginger Tea

Sweetened Tea, Brewed With Milk, Ginger, and Spices (Chai)


Ingredients / Recipe

3 cup(s) of water

3 cup(s) of milk

2 tablespoon(s) of sugar

2 tablespoon(s) of fresh ginger

1 & 1/2 teaspoon(s) of tea masala

4 bag(s) of tea

3 tablespoon(s) of mint leaves

3 tablespoon(s) of ginger powder

1/2 tablespoon(s) of clove powder

1/2 tablespoon(s) of black pepper powder

1 tablespoon(s) of cinnamon powder

1 tablespoon(s) of cardamom powder



Preparation

Mix in saucepan Bring to a boil, cover, turn the heat to low, and simmer for about 2 minutes. Strain into a teapot, pitcher, or individual cups. To make tea masala, mix last 5 ingredients together well.
